Not only can you enjoy wandering around their U-cut/we-cut fields to choose your perfect holiday tree but you can also sit back and relax as they cut, shake, and bale your chosen tree for you. Tree prices for Grand Fir are $12.95/foot and $9.95/foot for Douglas Fir. On the other hand, prices for Noble and Nordmann Fir range from $15,95/foot to $23.95/foot.
Tree supply is limited and they offer all of their trees on a first come, first serve basis. Beyond the tree-cutting experience, the farm also invites you to join their Winter Festival, a celebration filled with activities for the entire family.

During weekends, kids can come and visit Santa who is sitting in his antique sleigh on the front porch of the farm’s holiday store. While you wait for your chosen tree to be ready, you can shop for ornaments, greenery, and gifts or enjoy a cup of hot coffee and chocolate next to a beautiful lake.

#4 JTB U-Cut Christmas Trees

JTB U-Cut Christmas Trees is just a little over a 20-minute drive southeast of Portland. Spread across four lush acres, the farm offers a selection of Douglas, Grand, and Noble Firs.
All tools that might need to easily cut down and transport your tree are provided, including saws, kneeling pads, and twine. The farm also offers free shaking and baling to clean out the debris and make it easier for you to install it in your home. You can watch as they prepare your chosen tree and enjoy a nice hot cup of complimentary apple cider, candy canes, and fresh popcorn.
U-cut tree prices are $80 for Noble and Grand Firs and $70 for Douglas Firs. These prices are for any height and the farm only accepts cash and personal checks (photo identification is required). Just note that they open the day after Thanksgiving and might only be open for a few days so you must come as soon as possible.
